Processing Time

Most items are made to order. While we keep a small stock on hand, production times can vary depending on current order volume and the size of your order.
Processing time typically ranges from 1–3 business days, but during busy periods it may take up to 10 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please feel free to contact us before ordering.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and will vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Please note that these are transit time estimates and do not include processing time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if tracking is included in the shipping option you selected).

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All orders ship from Finland (EU).

  • Orders shipped within the EU will not incur customs duties or import taxes.

  • Orders shipped outside the EU are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply once the shipment arrives in their country.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Other Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been placed.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay import fees, we can reship it once the original is returned, but additional shipping charges will apply.
